Journal Article Objective: The aim of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the financing of renewable energy projects to achieve sustainable development goals using a fuzzy cognitive map approach. Methodology: This applied research was conducted in both qualitative and quantitative sections. In the qualitative section, content analysis with a conventional and directed approach was employed, and in the quantitative section, a causal method was used. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews in the qualitative phase and pairwise comparison questionnaires in the quantitative phase. The participants were senior managers and experts from the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Organization (SATBA), selected using purposive and theoretical sampling (a total of 21 participants). Findings: The qualitative findings revealed key influencing factors, including "social responsibility," "direct and indirect government support," "sustainable economic development," "environmental sustainability," "support from financial funds," "commercial creditworthiness of financial suppliers," "foresight and capital planning," "financial capacities," "investment return policies," "empowerment of financial institutions," "renewable energy development policies," "investment culture in renewable energy," and "optimal management of investment risks." The fuzzy cognitive map results showed that "direct and indirect government support for the energy industry" had the highest output and influence, while "commercial creditworthiness of financial suppliers" had the highest input power and susceptibility to influence.Conclusion: This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the financing of renewable energy projects. It highlights the critical roles of government support policies and the commercial creditworthiness of financial suppliers in the success of these projects, suggesting that improvements in these areas can contribute to achieving sustainable development goals. هدف: هدف این پژوهش تحلیل عوامل اثرگذار در تأمین مالی پروژه‌های انرژی تجدیدپذیر برای دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار با رویکرد نقشه شناخت فازی است.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و در دو بخش کیفی و کمی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی از تحلیل محتوا با رویکرد عرفی و جهت‌دار و در بخش کمی از روش علی-معلولی استفاده شده است. داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی از طریق پرسش‌نامه مقایسات زوجی جمع‌آوری شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد سازمان انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر و بهره‌وری انرژی برق (ساتبا) بودند که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و نظری انتخاب شدند (تعداد 21 نفر).یافته‌ها: نتایج بخش کیفی پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل کلیدی تأثیرگذار شامل "مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی"، "حمایت‌های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم دولت"، "توسعه اقتصادی پایدار"، "پایداری زیست‌محیطی"، "پشتیبانی از صندوق‌های تأمین مالی"، "اعتبار تجاری تأمین‌کننده‌های مالی"، "آینده‌نگری و برنامه‌ریزی سرمایه‌ای"، "ظرفیت‌های مالی"، "سیاست‌های بازده سرمایه‌گذاری"، "توانمندسازی شرکت‌های تأمین مالی"، "سیاست‌های توسعه انرژی تجدیدپذیر"، "فرهنگ سرمایه‌گذاری در انرژی تجدیدپذیر" و "مدیریت بهینه ریسک سرمایه‌گذاری" هستند. نتایج نقشه شناخت فازی نشان داد که "حمایت‌های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم دولت از صنعت انرژی" بیشترین قدرت تأثیرگذاری و "اعتبار تجاری تأمین‌کننده‌های مالی" بیشترین قدرت اثرپذیری را دارند.نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر با ارائه تحلیل جامعی از عوامل مؤثر بر تأمین مالی پروژه‌های انرژی تجدیدپذیر نشان می‌دهد که سیاست‌های حمایتی دولت و اعتبار تجاری تأمین‌کنندگان مالی نقش مهمی در موفقیت این پروژه‌ها ایفا می‌کنند و بهبود این عوامل می‌تواند به دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار کمک کند. https://dmbaj.org/index.php/dmba/article/download/113/112
