Journal Article Objective: The aim of this research is to examine and test the model for enhancing administrative transparency in interaction with e-government development programs in the Social Security Organization. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. Data were collected using a standardized researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population in the quantitative section includes all employees of the Social Security Organization. The sampling method for the present study, considering the target population, is stratified sampling. Approximately 65,000 individuals are in the population, and based on Cochran's formula, a sample of 385 individuals was selected. Subsequently, the composite reliability and the reliability of each research component were calculated, with the results indicating the reliability of the measurement tool. Additionally, the divergent and convergent validity of the questionnaire suggests the validity of the instrument. For data analysis, structural equation modeling was employed using the Smart PLS4 software. Findings: The results indicate that e-government has a significant impact on the growth and development of the Social Security Organization. Administrative structure and processes significantly influence managerial oversight, public oversight, and public accountability. Environmental factors also significantly impact managerial oversight, public oversight, and public accountability. Furthermore, managerial factors have a significant effect on managerial oversight, public oversight, and public accountability. Organizational culture and atmosphere significantly affect managerial oversight, public oversight, and public accountability. Finally, managerial oversight, public oversight, and public accountability have a significant impact on e-government. Conclusion: The model for enhancing administrative transparency in interaction with e-government development programs in the Social Security Organization can be proposed as a comprehensive and practical package for all managers of executive agencies in general and for the Social Security Organization in particular. هدف: هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی و آزمون مدل ارتقای شفافیت دستگاه اداری در تعامل با برنامه‌های توسعه دولت الکترونیک در سازمان تامین اجتماعی می‌باشد. روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف، از نوع کاربردی است و بر حسب نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی می‌باشد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد محقق ساخته گردآوری شده اند. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی؛ شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمان تامین اجتماعی می­باشند. روش نمونه­گیری پژوهش حاضر با توجه به جامعه آماری مورد نظر، به صورت نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای خواهد بود. که در حدود 65000 نفر می‌باشند که طبق فرمول کوکران از 385 نفر به عنوان نمونه، استفاده شد. سپس، مقدار پایائی ترکیبی و پایائی هر یک از مؤلفه‌های تحقیق محاسبه شد که نتایج حاکی از پایائی ابزار سنجش دارد. همچنین روایی واگرا و همگرای پرسشنامه، حاکی از روایی مناسب پرسشنامه می‌باشد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS4 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصله بیانگر آنست که دولت الکترونیک بر رشد و توسعه سازمان تامین اجتماعی تاثیر معناداری دارد. ساختار و فرایندهای اداری بر نظارت مدیریتی، نظارت مردمی و پاسخگویی عمومی تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین عوامل محیطی بر نظارت مدیریتی، نظارت مردمی و پاسخگویی عمومی تاثیر معناداری دارد و عوامل مدیریتی بر نظارت مدیریتی، نظارت مردمی و پاسخگویی عمومی تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین فرهنگ و جو سازمانی بر نظارت مدیریتی، نظارت مردمی و پاسخگویی عمومی تاثیر معناداری دارد و در انتها، نظارت مدیریتی، نظارت مردمی و پاسخگویی عمومی بر دولت الکترونیک تاثیر معناداری دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: مدل ارتقای شفافیت دستگاه اداری در تعامل با برنامه‌های توسعه دولت الکترونیک در سازمان تامین اجتماعی می‌تواند به عنوان یک بسته کاربردی و جامع، برای همه مدیران دستگاه‌های اجرایی بطور عام و سازمان تامین اجتماعی بطور خاص پیشنهاد گردد. https://dmbaj.org/index.php/dmba/article/download/88/87
