بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر تعهد کارکنان با واسطهگری انگیزش درونی و اعتماد (مطالعه موردی بیمارستان های شهر تبریز)

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر تعهد کارکنان با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی انگیزش درونی و اعتماد سازمانی است. روششناسی: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارکنان بیمارستانهای شهر تبریز بوده و دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد گردآوری و با نرمافزارهای SPSS و SmartPLS تحلیل شدهاند. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که تمامی فرضیههای پژوهش مورد تأیید قرار گرفتهاند. مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد سازمانی دارد و این اثرگذاری هم بهصورت مستقیم و هم از طریق متغیرهای واسطهای انگیزش درونی و اعتماد سازمانی صورت میپذیرد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که CSR نقش مؤثری در شکلدهی به روابط روانشناختی درون سازمان دارد و میتواند بهعنوان یک راهبرد کلان برای ارتقای انگیزش، اعتماد و تعهد کارکنان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این پژوهش علاوه بر غنای نظری، توصیههای عملی قابل توجهی برای مدیران سازمانها ارائه میدهد.
