بررسی رابطه علی آموزش کارآفرینانه با فرهنگ کارآفرینانه و رهبری کارآفرینانه با میانجی‌گری نقش گرایش کارآفرینانه (دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی منطقه2)

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه علی آموزش کارآفرینانه با فرهنگ کارآفرینانه و رهبری کارآفرینانه با میانجی­گری نقش گرایش کارآفریناته در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی منطقه 2 صورت گرفته است. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش، توصیفی _همبستگی از شاخه مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی (منطقه2) به تعداد 1200 نفر بوده­اند. از این تعداد با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای، تعداد 280 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد.. پایایی مولفه­های پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برای آموزش کارآفرینانه برابر 75/0، فرهنگ کارآفرینانه 82/0، رهبری کارآفرینانه 74/0 و گرایش کارآفرینانه برابر 84/0 بدست آمد. جهت اعتبار سنجی مدل تعیین شده از تکنیک مدل معادلات ساختاری با شیوه حداکثر درست نمایی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مدل ساختاری پژوهش با داده­های تجربی برازش دارد. و نتایج حاصل از فرضیه­های اختصاصی مستخرج از مدل هم نشان داد آموزش کارافرینانه بر فرهنگ کارآفرینانه (412/0= β)، گرایش کارآفرینانه (291/0=β) و رهبری کارآفرینانه (146/0=β) اثر مستقیم و معناداری دارد (05/0>P). ضریب اثر گرایش کارآفرینانه بر فرهنگ کارآفرینانه نیز معنادار بود (198/0=β) اما ضریب اثر معناداری از گرایش کارآفرینانه بر رهبری کارآفرینانه مشاهده نشد (129/0=β). نتایج حاصل از آزمون بوت استراپ نیز نشان داد گرایش کارآفرینانه در ارتباط بین آموزش کارآفرینانه با فرهنگ کارآفرینانه نقش میانجی دارد (058/0=β). نتیجه‌گیری: یافته­های حاضر بیانگر ارتباط و کاربردپذیری آموزش کارآفرینانه با فرهنگ کارآفرینانه، و رهبری کارآفرینانه و نقش واسطه­ای گرایش کارآفرینانه بود. بنابراین سیاست­گذاران و برنامه­ریزان دانشگاه ازاد اسلامی و سازمان­های آموزشی می­توانند از نتایج این پژوهش در جهت تدوین راهبردها و راهکارهایی برای ارتقاء فعالیت­های کارآفرینانه در اعضای هیات علمی خود بهره گیرند.
