تأثیر پذیرش تغییر و انطباق استراتژیک متأثر از محیط و نیروی مقاومت بر عملکرد سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت واحد اتوبوسرانی تهران)

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش پذیرش تغییر و انطباق استراتژیک، تحت تأثیر محیط داخلی، محیط خارجی و نیروی مقاومت، بر عملکرد سازمانی در شرکت واحد اتوبوسرانی تهران است.روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی–پیمایشی با رویکرد کمی و کاربردی است. جامعه آماری شامل 1500 نفر از کارکنان شرکت اتوبوسرانی تهران بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 306 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در نهایت دادههای 285 پرسشنامه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامههای استاندارد اقتباسشده از مطالعات پیشین بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Smart PLS استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج آزمون فرضیات نشان داد که محیط خارجی (β = 0.519، p < 0.001)، محیط داخلی (β = 0.376، p < 0.001) و نیروی مقاومت (β = -0.116، p < 0.05) تأثیر معناداری بر پذیرش تغییرات استراتژیک دارند. همچنین پذیرش تغییرات استراتژیک نیز تأثیر معناداری بر عملکرد سازمانی دارد (β = 0.715، p < 0.001).نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که پذیرش تغییر و انطباق استراتژیک متأثر از محیط و مقاومت کارکنان، به طور مستقیم بر عملکرد سازمانی تأثیرگذار است. بنابراین، مدیران سازمانی باید محیط داخلی و خارجی را به دقت تحلیل کرده، و راهکارهایی برای کاهش نیروی مقاومت تدوین کنند تا بتوانند اجرای موفق تغییرات استراتژیک را تضمین کنند.
