ارائه الگوی آمایش صلاحیت حسابداران/حسابرسان مبتنی بر تحول دیجیتال

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی آمایش صلاحیت حسابداران و حسابرسان متناسب با الزامات تحول دیجیتال است. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توسعهای و از نظر روش، بهصورت آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی–کمی) انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با ۲۳ نفر از خبرگان، اساتید و متخصصان حوزه حسابداری و حسابرسی و با استفاده از نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی گردآوری شد و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل دادههای کیفی بر مبنای نظریه دادهبنیاد و طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت. در بخش کمی، بر اساس یافتههای کیفی، پرسشنامهای ۱۰۸ سؤالی طراحی و در میان ۳۸۵ نفر از مدیران و سرپرستان حسابداری شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران توزیع شد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزارهای LISREL و SmartPLS تحلیل گردید. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی و مدل ساختاری نشان داد الگوی پیشنهادی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است و کلیه مسیرهای بین متغیرها معنادار میباشند. سه مؤلفه «صلاحیتهای فنی»، «مهارتهای نرم» و «رهبری در تحول دیجیتال» بهعنوان مقولههای محوری شناسایی شدند که بهطور معناداری بر راهبردها و پیامدهای آمایش صلاحیت اثرگذارند. همچنین تأثیر شرایط علّی، بسترها و شرایط مداخلهگر بر روابط مدل تأیید شد. نتیجهگیری: الگوی آمایش صلاحیت ارائهشده میتواند بهعنوان چارچوبی معتبر برای برنامهریزی، توانمندسازی و ارتقای صلاحیت حسابداران و حسابرسان در شرایط تحول دیجیتال مورد استفاده سیاستگذاران، نهادهای حرفهای و سازمانها قرار گیرد.
