Abstract

Artificial intelligence is a powerful, versatile and flexible technology that can improve many industries and businesses. This science is not a new phenomenon and many of its theoretical foundations and technology have been developed by scientists over the past 37 years and have been used to some extent in many industries and businesses, however, in today's world thanks to the increase in computing power , the availability of large data sets and algorithmic progress in machine learning, artificial intelligence has turned from an academic discipline into a practical and influential technological innovation in industries, businesses and society. In this research, the analysis of effective factors and the degree of effectiveness the direct effectiveness of the variables of the driving model of artificial intelligence governance development in the smart government was investigated using the Mick Mac analysis. Out of the 25 drivers investigated in this research,4 key drivers have been selected. The most effective key drivers identified in relation to the future have been identified; these drivers are considered the most effective and at the same time the most key drivers of the system.
