Investigating the Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Employee Commitment: The Mediating Role of Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Trust (A Case Study of Hospitals in Tabriz)

Objective: The aim of this study is to examine the impact of CSR on employee commitment while considering the mediating role of intrinsic motivation and organizational trust.
Methodology: The statistical population of the study consists of employees working in hospitals in the city of Tabriz. Data were collected through a standardized questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS software.
Findings: The findings of the study indicate that all research hypotheses were confirmed. Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, both directly and indirectly through the mediating variables of intrinsic motivation and organizational trust.
Conclusion: The results suggest that CSR plays an effective role in shaping psychological relationships within the organization and can be utilized as a macro-level strategy to enhance employee motivation, trust, and commitment. This study not only contributes to theoretical enrichment but also provides valuable practical recommendations for organizational managers.
