Presenting the Innovation Model of Iran's Steel Industry

An organization that does not have creativity and innovation cannot survive and will disappear from the scene over time. Therefore, organizations are constantly looking for ways to strengthen creativity and innovation and remove its obstacles in the organization. Companies that have an active approach to innovation and can use it effectively are among the first to offer better, faster, and cheaper solutions than their competitors. Therefore, the aim of this research is to present the innovation model of the country's steel industry. The research method in this article is descriptive-correlation and variance-covariance matrix analysis. This research was done in the library and in the field. The research model was extracted by analyzing, analyzing and interpreting interviews conducted with Iran's steel industry experts using the theme analysis method and four rounds of the Delphi method. Finally, by using 316 questionnaires received from the country's steel industry, a measurement and structural model was discussed to measure the relationships between variables and also to validate the developed model. According to the findings of structural equation modeling, in the studied steel companies, among the dimensions of the presented model, the most important dimensions are respectively related to "technical and technological innovation", "product innovation", "organizational innovation", "system innovation", "law innovation". ", "financial innovation", "economic innovation" and "marketing innovation".
