Executive managers must be efficient enough in their efforts to design organizations to drive short-term performance and flexible enough to sustain long-term performance. The new norm requires that organizations have significant agility to survive and progress. Leadership is the ability to persuade others to make an enthusiastic effort to achieve certain goals or activities that influence people to make an enthusiastic effort in order to achieve group goals. The goal of maintaining employees and its effect on organizational performance by moderating sustainable competitive advantage. This research is applied and of the correlation type, and the statistical population of the employees of Shahrekord city education department is 1300 people, the statistical sample size is equal to 296 people. The data collection tool was the valid questionnaire of Amin (2022). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using face, content and construct validity, and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To analyze the hypotheses, structural equation modeling was used with the help of PLS software.
