کشف معماری رفتارهای فرانقش حسابداران: رویکردی مبتنی بر نظریه دادهبنیاد برای ارتقای مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی حرفه حسابداری

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای رفتارهای فرانقش حسابداران و بررسی تأثیر این رفتارها بر مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی حرفه حسابداری انجام شد. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توسعهای–کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی بود. در بخش کیفی، از نظریه دادهبنیاد با رویکرد گلیزر استفاده شد و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با ۱۴ نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و حرفهای حسابداری که به روش هدفمند و گلولهبرفی انتخاب شده بودند، تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری گردآوری شد. دادههای کیفی طی مراحل کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند و اعتبار مؤلفههای استخراجشده با اجرای تکنیک دلفی در سه دور تأیید گردید. در بخش کمی، ۳۹۵ نفر از مدیران مالی، رؤسا و کارشناسان حسابداری شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس در پژوهش مشارکت کردند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محققساخته رفتارهای فرانقش و پرسشنامه مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی کارول گردآوری و با مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی در نرمافزار SmartPLS 3 تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: تحلیل کیفی به شناسایی چهار مقوله حاکمیت مالی پیشرفته، تحول نقش حرفهای، شایستگیهای فراحرفهای و مسئولیتپذیری فراحرفهای، هشت مؤلفه اصلی و ۵۶ مضمون مفهومی انجامید. نتایج دلفی نیز افزایش ضریب توافق کندال از ۰٫۸۲ به ۰٫۹۱ را نشان داد. در بخش کمی، رفتارهای فرانقش حسابداران تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی حرفه حسابداری داشت (β=0.550، t=15.055، p<0.001). همچنین، این رفتارها ۵۰٫۲ درصد از واریانس مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی حرفه را تبیین کردند و شاخص برازش کلی مدل برابر با ۰٫۶۵۵ بود. نتیجهگیری: رفتارهای فرانقش حسابداران، از طریق تقویت حاکمیت مالی، توسعه نقشهای راهبردی، ارتقای شایستگیهای حرفهای و گسترش پاسخگویی اخلاقی، میتوانند مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی حرفه حسابداری را بهطور معناداری ارتقا دهند. چارچوب ارائهشده میتواند مبنایی برای بازنگری استانداردهای رفتاری، برنامههای آموزش حرفهای، نظامهای ارزیابی عملکرد و سیاستهای تشویقی نهادهای حسابداری باشد.
