تاثیر استراتژیهای مدیریت تعارض بر تعهد پایدار کارکنان (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه یزد)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین تاثیر استراتژیهای مدیریت تعارض(اعم از استراتژیهای عدم مقابله، راه حل گرایی و رقابت) بر تعهد پایدار کارکنان دانشگاه یزد انجام شده است. روششناسی: این پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-علی است که در آن برای جمع آوری دادهها از روشهای کتابخانهای و میدانی بهره برده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، کارکنان دانشگاه یزد است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد 172 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها نیز شامل پرسشنامه استراتژیهای مدیریت تعارض پوتنام و ویلسون (1987) و تعهد پایدار کارکنان میر و آلن (1991) است. در این تحقیق دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: یافتهها بیانگر پایداری درونی و وضعیت مناسب پایایی و روایی همگرا و واگرا و برازش قوی مدل اندازه گیری و همبستگی معنی دار بین متغیرها میباشد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که استراتژیهای مدیریت تعارض شامل استراتژیهای عدم مقابله، راه حل گرایی و رقابت، دارای تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار آماری بر تعهد پایدار کارکنان دانشگاه یزد دارد. نتیجهگیری: به مدیریت عالی دانشگاه یزد توصیه میشود تا با ایجاد کارگروههای مختلف، تمامی جوانب سازمانی در نظر گرفته و به مدیران به منظور شناسایی استراتژیهای مناسب جهت مدیریت تعارض کارکنان، کمک نمایند. همچنین در دستورالعمل ها، رویهها و آیین نامههای جاری با توجه به نظرات و پیشنهادات کارکنان بازنگری به عمل آمده و به کارکنان خود استقلال عمل دهند.
