ارائه مدل افزونگی اطلاعات در فضای مجازی و نقش آن در تصمیم خرید مصرفکننده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدلی کیفی از افزونگی اطلاعات در فضای مجازی و تبیین نقش آن در دشواری تصمیم خرید مصرفکننده بود. روششناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و ماهیت اکتشافی انجام شد. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای عمیق نیمهساختاریافته با 16 نفر از افرادی گردآوری شد که تجربه زیسته مرتبط با مواجهه با افزونگی اطلاعات در فضای مجازی و تصمیمگیری خرید داشتند. دادههای حاصل از مصاحبهها با روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرمافزار MAXQDA تحلیل شد. فرایند تحلیل شامل آشنایی با دادهها، کدگذاری اولیه، استخراج مضامین، بازبینی مضامین، تعریف و نامگذاری مضامین و تدوین مدل نهایی بود. یافتهها: یافتههای استنباطی کیفی به شناسایی یک مضمون فراگیر، چهار مضمون سازماندهنده و 18 مضمون فرعی انجامید. مضمون فراگیر پژوهش «افزونگی اطلاعات و دشواری تصمیم خرید مصرفکننده در فضای مجازی» بود. چهار مضمون سازماندهنده شامل پیشایندهای محیطی و محتوایی، اعتماد و اعتبار منابع اجتماعی، فشار شناختی و اضطراب تصمیمگیری، و راهبردهای مقابلهای و پیامدهای رفتاری بودند. نتایج نشان داد که حجم بالای اطلاعات، تعدد منابع، تناقض دادهها، ابهام مشخصات محصول، تبلیغات اغراقآمیز و ویژگیهای پلتفرم، بار شناختی مصرفکننده را افزایش میدهد. همچنین کاهش اعتماد به دادههای آنلاین، تردید نسبت به اصالت نظرات، اضطراب تصمیم، ترس از انتخاب غلط، پشیمانی پیشبینیشده، فلج تصمیم و ریسک ادراکشده موجب دشوارتر شدن فرایند خرید میشود. مصرفکنندگان برای مقابله با این وضعیت به فیلترکردن اطلاعات، سادهسازی تصمیم، اتکا به برند یا قیمت، جستوجوی طولانیتر یا تغییر رفتار خرید روی میآورند. نتیجهگیری: افزونگی اطلاعات در فضای مجازی صرفاً افزایش حجم دادهها نیست، بلکه پدیدهای شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری است که میتواند تصمیم خرید را پیچیده، فرساینده و پرریسک سازد. مدل ارائهشده میتواند مبنایی برای طراحی پلتفرمهای کاربرمحور، کاهش بار اطلاعاتی و بهبود تجربه خرید آنلاین باشد.
