Objective: The primary objective of this study was to design a coach organization model within the administrative system of Iran. Methodology: To achieve this goal, the researchers employed a sequential exploratory mixed-method approach. In the qualitative phase, through content analysis, the dimensions, components, and indicators of the coach organization model in Iran's administrative system were identified using semi-structured interviews with 16 experts. This phase resulted in two main categories, seven subcategories, and 21 subcomponents comprising 63 indicators. In the quantitative phase, the identified factors were validated using the classical Delphi method. A questionnaire based on the factors extracted in the qualitative phase was designed and distributed among 12 academic experts to determine the degree of consensus regarding the identified factors. The quantitative data were analyzed using statistical methods, such as Kendall's coefficient of concordance and measures of central tendency and dispersion. Findings: The findings from both qualitative and quantitative phases indicated a consensus among experts on the coach organization model in Iran's administrative system. The model includes managerial factors (strategic orientation and leadership style) and organizational factors (human capital, organizational culture, organizational structure, technological infrastructure, and organizational processes). Conclusion: The results of this study can be beneficial for managing and developing coach organizations within Iran's administrative system.
