طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل پیامدهای اعتبار مصوبات شرعی در نظام بانکداری اسلامی افغانستان

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل پیامدهای اعتبار مصوبات شرعی در نظام بانکداری اسلامی افغانستان بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد کمی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان بانکداری اسلامی، مدیران و کارشناسان بانک‌های افغانستان، استادان دانشگاه و صاحب‌نظران حوزه فقه معاملات و اقتصاد اسلامی بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل ۵۰ نفر بود که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مبتنی بر طیف پنج‌درجه‌ای لیکرت گردآوری شد. روایی محتوایی ابزار با نظر خبرگان و روایی سازه از طریق تحلیل عاملی، روایی همگرا و معیار فورنل-لارکر بررسی شد. پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ، rho_A و پایایی ترکیبی تأیید گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از SPSS نسخه ۲۶ و SmartPLS نسخه ۳ و با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی و بوت‌استرپینگ ۵۰۰۰ نمونه‌ای تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مدل پژوهش از برازش بسیار مطلوبی برخوردار است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که مقدار GOF برابر با ۰.۸۳۲ به دست آمد. ضریب تعیین برای اعتبار مصوبات شرعی ۰.۸۲۶ و برای پیامدها ۰.۸۱۸ بود که بیانگر قدرت تبیین‌کنندگی قوی مدل است. قوی‌ترین مسیر مدل، اثر اعتبار مصوبات شرعی بر پیامدها با ضریب مسیر ۰.۹۰۴ و آماره t برابر با ۳۰.۸۲۳ بود. همچنین مسیر شرایط مداخله‌گر به اعتبار مصوبات شرعی با ضریب ۰.۵۱۵ معنادار شد، در حالی که مسیرهای مستقیم شرایط علّی و زمینه‌ای به اعتبار مصوبات شرعی معنادار نبودند. نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش اعتبار مصوبات شرعی می‌تواند به‌طور مستقیم به افزایش اعتماد ذی‌نفعان، توسعه پایدار بانکداری اسلامی، بهبود عملکرد و ثبات مالی بانک‌ها و تقویت مشروعیت اجتماعی و دینی نظام بانکی افغانستان منجر شود.
