In order to collect data in the qualitative phase, theoretical and experimental bases, semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative phase, a researcher-made questionnaire extracted from the qualitative part of the research was used. In the qualitative part to determine the reliability of the appropriateness criterion and logic and depth criterion, and in the quantitative part by referring to the opinion of experts and professors, the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.85. To analyze the data in the qualitative part of thematic analysis and in the quantitative stage to validate the model, structural equation modeling method was used using Smart PLS software.
