Predicting Job Commitment based on Organizational Justice Considering the Mediating Role of Conscientiousness in Business

The purpose of this study was to predict job commitment based on organizational justice considering the mediating role of job conscience. The research method was descriptive and of structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this research was all employees of Saderat bank branchs of Tehran in 2021. In this study, the sample size was 250 employees, selected by clustering method (20 branches). The research tools were Blaw job commitment Questionnaire (1988), costa and Mcarey job conscience Questionnaire (1992) and Organizational Justice Questionnaire (Nieuwf and Morman, 1993). Structural equation modeling and Sobel mediatory role test were used for data analysis. The results of the data analysis indicated that the indirect effect of organizational justice on the employee's job commitment was 95% confidence by virtue of Job conscience and therefore, Job conscience has a mediating role between organizational justice and job commitment. Job conscience also directly affects job commitment (p <0.05).
