طراحی مدل تابآوری اقتصادهای نفتی در برابر شوکهای همزمان قیمت نفت، تورم و ریسک ژئوپلیتیک: یک مطالعه آمیخته اکتشافی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل تابآوری اقتصادهای نفتی در برابر شوکهای همزمان قیمت نفت، تورم و ریسک ژئوپلیتیک با استفاده از رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی بود. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی بود. در بخش کیفی، 20 نفر از خبرگان حوزههای اقتصاد کلان، اقتصاد انرژی، اقتصاد نفت، سیاستگذاری اقتصادی، اقتصاد بینالملل و مدیریت ریسک در تهران با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری و با تحلیل مضمون در نرمافزار MAXQDA تحلیل شدند. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محققساخته مبتنی بر یافتههای کیفی در میان 384 نفر از استادان، پژوهشگران، مدیران و کارشناسان اقتصادی و انرژی در تهران اجرا شد. روایی و پایایی ابزار با استفاده از بارهای عاملی، آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی، میانگین واریانس استخراجشده و HTMT بررسی شد و مدل ساختاری با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی در نرمافزار SmartPLS آزمون شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد تمامی 12 مؤلفه مدل اثر مثبت و معناداری بر تابآوری اقتصاد نفتی داشتند. بیشترین اثر مربوط به تنوعبخشی اقتصادی (β = 0.274، p < 0.001)، توان سیاستگذاری و واکنش به بحران (β = 0.251، p < 0.001) و ظرفیت نهادی و حکمرانی اقتصادی (β = 0.238، p < 0.001) بود. سپس ظرفیت سازگاری اقتصادی (β = 0.193)، ثبات پولی و کنترل تورم (β = 0.181)، مدیریت ریسک ژئوپلیتیک (β = 0.176)، ظرفیت جذب شوک (β = 0.168)، انعطافپذیری مالی و بودجهای (β = 0.157)، مدیریت درآمدهای نفتی (β = 0.149)، ظرفیت بازیابی (β = 0.126)، امنیت و تابآوری بخش انرژی (β = 0.121) و انعطافپذیری تجارت خارجی (β = 0.109) قرار داشتند. مدل نهایی 74.60 درصد از واریانس تابآوری اقتصاد نفتی را تبیین کرد (R² = 0.746) و مقادیر Q² = 0.512 و SRMR = 0.061 نیز قدرت پیشبینی و برازش مناسب مدل را تأیید کردند. نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد تابآوری اقتصادهای نفتی حاصل تعامل همزمان ظرفیتهای ساختاری، نهادی، مالی، پولی و سیاستی است و تنوعبخشی اقتصادی، توان واکنش به بحران و حکمرانی اقتصادی نقش محوری در کاهش آسیبپذیری در برابر شوکهای همزمان دارند؛ بنابراین، ایجاد تابآوری پایدار مستلزم اجرای سیاستهای هماهنگ برای کاهش وابستگی به نفت، تقویت نهادها، تثبیت متغیرهای کلان و افزایش ظرفیت سازگاری و بازیابی اقتصاد است.
